The Case High-Rise in Dallas, Texas is being developed by StreetLights Residential and investment partner Westdale Properties.
Called The Case Building, the 337-unit tower at Main and Hall streets will be the first high-rise apartment in Deep Ellum. This luxurious building is 17 stories high.
To fit into the old commercial district, the new apartment tower will be built in what the developers call an “industrial style.” Rental units will have 10-foot concrete ceilings, exposed brick walls and open metal shelving in the kitchens.
The project will include a fitness center, private dining room, swimming pool, conference center, and a bike storage center with a repair area.
The former industrial and commercial district just east of downtown Dallas languished for years with empty storefronts and vacant lots.
But in the last few years, a new redevelopment wave has brought investors to the area and plans for new shops, restaurants, and nightclubs.
